      Responsible for attending ODOT, County, City, and Corporate meetings, obtaining all necessary permits, work orders, and prints for contractors.  Also responsible for contractor follow-up and billing, as well as reporting follow-up status and project completion with all external utilities, state and county organizations. Responsible for spreadsheets, billing and database updates on corporate server.

 

   Senior Lineman   1999 - 2006  

     Responsible for building and maintaining fiber optic, trunk and feeder lines, as well as power supplies, using optical time domain reflectometers, locators and reverse sweep technology, as well as system tech responsibilities and system redesign as necessary (i/e road improvements, etc…)

 

   Systems Tech    1992 - 1999

      Responsibilities included maintenance and repair of coax cable, fiber, head-end receivers and modulators, de-scramblers, as well as digital equipment and telephone. Responsibilities also included system forward and reverse sweep, splicing, locating and repairing faults through use of TDR and OTDR equipment, locators, and CLI detection devices, ensuring proper operation of video, audio, and data levels throughout the system, and providing feedback for re-design when necessary.
